In this 4 week course, we will teach you the fundamentals of weightlifting and focus on snatches and jerks. By the end of the course you will be able to implement hang power snatches, power jerks, as well as several assistance lifts into your weekly programs. You will also receive over an hour of videos containing how tos, demonstrations, and analysis you can refer back to when needed.
